Canoe Rentals
We use 17-foot Grumman canoes with a load capacity of 750 pounds. Each canoe has a bow seat and a stern seat with plenty of space in the center section for gear and/or children.
Life Jackets
Lifejackets come in a variety of sizes. Children’s life jackets are sized by weight: Under 30 pounds, 30 to 50 pounds, and 50 to 90 pounds. Each child is individually fitted with a life jacket – and wearing the jacket while on the river is required by law.
